Wedding PhotoThe majority of Memories Party & Conference Center's functions are wedding parties. Memories will guide brides and grooms through the whole wedding process, which includes getting them through their dinner, cake cutting, and picture taking in a manner that progresses smoothly and keeps everyone involved. Once they've ushered them through these steps, it's time for the DJ to take over and the entertainment to begin.

Memories is happy to recommend local bakers, DJs, and photographers who are known for being dependable and doing excellent work. While Memories doesn't have a liquor license, families are welcome to bring their own liquor and Memories will supply the bartender, mixes, and setups.

  • Entrance, lobby, coatroom and restrooms reserved for the exclusive use of your guests
  • Skirting for head table and buffet, centerpieces, china, and linens for all guest tables
  • Sound system and dance floor
  • For receptions: Cake table, gift table, reserved seats for the bridal party, no charge to cut cake
  • Set-up and clean-up at no extra charge

Hall Rental Policy

  • No outside food may be brought in (other than wedding cake).
  • Birdseed is not permitted, inside or outside the building.
  • Nothing may be hung from the walls or ceiling.
  • No drinks on the dance floor.
  • Use of the hall 5 hours or until midnight-whichever comes first.
  • Halls close at midnight. Extended hours may be arranged in hourly increments, at $200.00 per hour.
  • We are a non-smoking establishment.


  • A $250 deposit is required to reserve your event date. Half of the total cost is payable two weeks prior to your event, and the balance is due one week prior.
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions or an uncontrollable natural disaster, Memories Party & Conference Center will not be held responsible for any power outages, cancellations or other unavoidable occurrences.

Catering Policy

  • Your final guest count is due 2 days before the event. After that, you may increase your final count, but may not reduce the final count once it has been given.
  • For Saturday night events, a minimum of 100 guests is required for menu prices shown.
  • The number of children to be served free (ages 5 and under) or half-price (ages 6 to 9) is limited to ten for each age bracket.
  • Liquor, wine or beer are supplied by host. The charge for a full bar set-up is $2.50 per guest, and includes a bartender and bar-ware, pop, mixes, lemons, limes, and ice. For a soft-drink bar and/or wine and beer set-up pop included (no bartender), the charge is $2.00 per guest. No kegs please!
