With a wide range of menu options, including appetizers and desserts, there is an option for almost every taste. We also offer a breakfast menu for early-morning meetings.

Reservations

  • A $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date. Half of the total cost is payable two weeks prior to your event, and the balance is due one week prior.
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions or an uncontrollable natural disaster, Memories Party & Conference Center will not be held responsible for any power outages, cancellations or other unavoidable occurrences.

Catering Policy (Luncheons)

Our fees cover hall rental, including set-up and clean-up. Please ask about additional fees for renting both halls all day. Additional fees apply for extended rentals, including all day use and all weekend use.

Your final guest count is due 2 days before the event. After that, you may increase your final count, but you may not reduce the final count once it has been given.

Lunch and evening groups require a minimum of 40 guests. For Friday night events, a minimum of 50 guests is required at the menu prices shown. For Saturday night events, a minimum of 100 guests is required at the menu prices shown.

No outside food may be brought in.

We reserve the right to add charges for rental and service staff if your group runs overtime on the reservation you made. Sometimes we cannot accommodate extended hours because of our schedule and staffing commitments.

Your hall rental fee is included in the Luncheon menu price*, as well as:

  • Entrance, Lobby, coatroom and restrooms reserved for the exclusive use of your group.
  • Skirting for head table and buffet table centerpieces, china and linens for all dining tables. Additional fee required for linen on display tables.
  • Sound System
  • Set-up and clean-up
  • Additional hall rental fee applies to breakfast only events.

Our fees cover four hours or until midnight, whichever comes first, hall rental, including set-up and clean-up. Please ask about additional fees for renting both halls all day. Additional fees may apply for extended rentals, including all day use.

Liquor, wine or beer are supplied by the host. The charge for full bar set-up is $2.50 per guest and includes a bartender and bar-ware, pop, mixes, lemons, limes and ice. For soft-drink bar and/or wine and beer set-up, the charge is $2.00 per guest.
